GAME TIME BISCUITS:
Ingredients
2cups A.P. Flour,
3 teaspoons Baking Powder,
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda,
2 teaspoons Sugar,

1/2 teaspoon Cream of Tartar,
Pinch Salt,
1/2 Lb. Butter (cold)
Directions
- In a big bowl mix Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar, Cream of Tartar and Salt. Add Buttermilk and hand mix.
- Gather (don't kneed) dough on generously flour surface and hand flatten to about a 1/4 inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter or the open end of a glass cut out biscuits and place each (touching far a better rise) on a baking sheet or 8 to 10 inch oven safe skillet.
- Bake in a preheated 450 deg. F. oven 8 to 12 minutes.
GAME TIME VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP

SUPERBOWL VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP Ingredients 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil, 1 yellow onion 1/4ered,salt and course black pepper, 1 Green Bell Pepper,, 1/4ered, 2 pounds stew meat (cook in beef stock), salt and course black pepper, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (let meat juice up), 3 strips of hardwood bacon chopped, kernels from 2 ears of corn, 2 celery stalks, chopped, 1/2 Head Savoy cabbage, chopped, 2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced, 2 carrots, peeled and chopped, 2 Green onions, minced, salt and course black pepper, 2-15oz. cans stewed tomatoes (in juice), 2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, Salt & course black pepper, 1 bay leaf,
Instructions:
Cook low & slow:
Heat oil on low 'til hot, then place onion 1/4ers and bell pepper 1/4s in oil 'til soft (salt & pepper). Now, add the meat, Season with salt & pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce (beef stock will juice up). Stir in the hardwood bacon (let cook). Stir in the corn, celery, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and minced green onions. (salt & pepper). Stir in the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and sugar. Add bay leaf, cover and cook 1 more hour.
